Press the left or right function control until the Ice Control icon blinks. ### Why would the Ice Off icon come on by itself on my Bertazzoni bottom-mount? It does not switch on without a press. The left and right controls step through several functions, and pressing Confirm while the Ice Control icon is blinking turns ice making off. ### Does the Ice Off icon on a Bertazzoni bottom-mount affect cooling? No. Bertazzoni describes the icon as showing only the condition of the ice maker function, so the fresh food and freezer settings carry on as before. ### The Ice Off icon on my Bertazzoni is dark and the bin is still empty. What now? Then the setting is not the issue. Check that the freezer has reached temperature, the water valve is open and the line is not kinked; if all are fine and there is still no ice after a day, book a visit. --- **[Read on the site: Bertazzoni bottom-mount ice maker with the Ice Off icon lit](https://icemakerrepair.center/error-codes/bertazzoni-ice-off-icon/)** **[Book a visit with IceMakerRepair.center](https://icemakerrepair.center/schedule/)**
