On the Fulgor Milano 36-inch French door, the ice machine off icon lights while the ice maker is deactivated and goes out when it is running. Holding the freezer set button for 3 seconds switches between the two. Fulgor Milano ice maker display · also shown as Ice Off What to do when Ice machine off icon shows on the ice maker ### Kind of code Mode, not a failure Something the ice maker was switched into, often without anyone noticing, rather than something that broke: ice turned off from the panel or by the wire arm lifted while reaching into the bin, a control lock, a Sabbath setting, a cleaning cycle still running, a reminder that the water filter is due. No part has worn out, and the ice maker's own buttons or arm put it right. ### Usually leads to No repair Hold the freezer set button for 3 seconds and watch the Ice Off icon go out. ### Shows up as No Ice Coming From the Ice Maker The mold sits empty or holds one frozen batch that never drops, the bin stays bare for days, and the dispenser gives water as usual: an ice maker not making ice while the rest of the appliance carries on normally. ### Make Fulgor Milano Ice maker repair for Fulgor Milano kitchens, working from the rating plate and the supply line. ### Source Fulgor Milano F6FBM36S1 installation and use manual (fulgor-milano.com PDF, Wayback copy) F6FBM36S1 36-inch French door (six-key panel; the icon is optional by model). Hold the freezer set button for 3 seconds and watch the Ice Off icon go out. ### Why is the Ice Off icon still lit after I changed the filter on my Fulgor Milano French door? Fulgor asks you to switch ice off before removing the filter or its bypass cover and to press Ice Off again afterward. If that second step was skipped, the ice maker is simply still off. ### Which button turns ice back on on the Fulgor Milano F6FBM36S1? The freezer set button: hold it for 3 seconds. The Ice Off icon goes dark when the ice maker is active again. ### The Ice Off icon on my Fulgor Milano is dark but the bin stays empty. Is that normal? Fulgor allows 1 to 2 days to build up ice after start-up. Past that, with the icon dark and the water on, the fill valve and the ice maker need testing, so book a visit. --- **[Read on the site: Fulgor Milano French door ice maker with the Ice Off icon lit](https://icemakerrepair.center/error-codes/fulgor-milano-ice-machine-off-icon/)** **[Book a visit with IceMakerRepair.center](https://icemakerrepair.center/schedule/)**
