Check that the water filter is installed correctly; the unit needs it in place to pass water. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### Why does my True ice maker show LnG and FiL? The reservoir took too long to fill. Start with the filter and the water supply valve, as True's quick reference sheet suggests. ### Can a new filter cause LnG FiL on a True clear ice maker? A filter that is not fully seated or is clogged can slow the fill. Reseat it and check that water is reaching the unit. ### Is LnG FiL on a True the same as LnG ICE? No. LnG FiL is about filling the reservoir; LnG ICE means a freeze cycle ran too long. --- **[Read on the site: True clear ice maker showing LnG FiL: long fill](https://icemakerrepair.center/error-codes/true-lng-fil/)** **[Book a visit with IceMakerRepair.center](https://icemakerrepair.center/schedule/)**
