Look for standing water in the bin; if it is rising, turn the unit off and close the water shutoff. If it comes back, it needs a visit. ### My U-Line has standing water in the bin. Could that be P1? Yes, if your unit has a drain pump. With the pump circuit open, water from melting ice and the cleaning cycle has no way out. ### Does P1 apply to a U-Line with a gravity drain? No. U-Line lists P1 only for units with a drain pump; gravity-drain installations have no pump circuit to report. ### Can I keep using my U-Line with P1 in the log? Only if the bin is not filling with water.
