On the French door models covered by the current Electrolux manual, the water filter indicator turns red once the filter reaches its limit. Electrolux gives six months or 125 gallons of dispensed water as the limit, whichever comes first.

Press and hold WATER FILTER for 3 seconds so the status resets.
Run several glasses of water through the dispenser to push out trapped air and carbon dust; if cubes are still undersized a day later, book a visit.

The ice maker is filling and dropping cubes again and no part was needed. If the same code returns during the next harvest, or water shows up on the floor again, book it as a new problem.
