Touch and hold that control for about 3 seconds until it is no longer highlighted and a short tone sounds.
If the dispenser still will not respond, check that the Dispenser Unit is switched on in Settings mode, then book a visit.

The ice maker is filling and dropping cubes again and no part was needed. If the same code returns during the next harvest, or water shows up on the floor again, book it as a new problem.
