On Classic (BI) built-in models, 30 8 05 means the main control got no signal from the ice maker telling it to open the water valve. On Designer integrated models the same code is worded as no water valve in signal. Either way the ice maker is not calling for water, so no new cubes form.

A closed shutoff, a kinked line, a clogged filter and low house pressure are ruled out before the water inlet valve is replaced or the fill tube is thawed.
