On True's 15-inch clear ice models, LnG alternating with ICE is the long ice code, an extended freeze time. True's owner step is to press the power button twice to reset the machine; if the code persists, a technician needs to find why cubes are forming so slowly.

The ice maker froze a batch and could not release it, or the harvest never started: the ejector arm or the twisting tray stalled, the mold heater did not loosen the cubes, or the arm that senses a full bin reported the wrong thing. Ice jammed against the arm and a bin pushed in crooked are cleared first; a motor module or a whole ice maker assembly comes after.
