On U-Line's 15-inch nugget model, ICE, NO WATER and DRAIN blinking together is Er01: after 30 minutes of ice making, the evaporator is still at 32°F or above. The table points at a cooling problem such as a refrigerant leak, or a temperature sensor that is loose or misreading.

The ice maker froze a batch and could not release it, or the harvest never started: the ejector arm or the twisting tray stalled, the mold heater did not loosen the cubes, or the arm that senses a full bin reported the wrong thing. Ice jammed against the arm and a bin pushed in crooked are cleared first; a motor module or a whole ice maker assembly comes after.
